By engaging West Valley Tint LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for window tinting services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
West Valley Tint provides professional window tinting services for automotive, residential, and commercial applications throughout the West Valley area of Arizona. Our services include:
All prices are quoted based on vehicle type, number of windows, and complexity of installation. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
We provide a lifetime warranty on our Geoshield window films against:
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or damage occurring after installation. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
Installation typically takes 2-4 hours depending on vehicle type. Customers must wait 3-5 days before rolling down windows to allow proper curing. We are not responsible for pre-existing window damage discovered during installation.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer represents that their vehicle is in good condition and free from damage that could affect installation. Any pre-existing damage should be disclosed before service begins.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Customer is responsible for ensuring their window tint meets local and state legal requirements. We provide guidance on Arizona tint laws but final compliance is the customer's responsibility.
These terms are governed by Arizona state law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
West Valley Tint SMS Program
By opting in, you will receive appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, promotional offers, and updates about window tinting services from West Valley Tint.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
